Same Day Shipping
All in stock orders with cleared payment placed by 2:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day will ship the same day when carrier service is available. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays will ship on the following business day.
Reserved incoming items are excluded because they are not available for shipment until Losttloot receives them.

Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping charges may be based on package size, package weight, delivery destination, selected carrier service, insurance, and required signature confirmation.
Losttloot will purchase and control the shipping label and any required insurance or signature service.
United States Shipping
Losttloot ships to all 50 states. Orders valued at $500 or more will require signature confirmation upon delivery.
International Shipping
Losttloot ships to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for the complete shipping cost, insurance covering the full value of the order, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, and any additional carrier or destination country fees.
Losttloot is not responsible for theft or loss that occurs after the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.
Complimentary Items
Because customers are responsible for shipping costs, every completed purchase will include at least one complimentary item. Larger purchases may receive multiple complimentary items.
Complimentary items are selected by Losttloot based on availability, have no cash value, and are not eligible for refund, exchange, or replacement.
